Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly

Late last night, our dear friend was welcomed into the presence of His Savior.
Tom truly was a good and faithful servant to his God and to the people God placed in his life. While in one way, we rejoice with Tom who is now experiencing God's Love in a way we can only imagine, we also grieve his loss deeply. He touched our lives in so many wonderful ways. He was a shining example of what a good friend is and we are grateful that God allowed him to be a part of our lives. The time with Tom seemed too short, but for those of us who place our trust in the grace and forgiveness given through Christ, be encouraged, we will have a joyful reunion with him someday.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died.

We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.  So encourage each other with these words.

Tom, thank you for being our friend and living your faith out in your everyday life for all to see. You were the real deal. Well done friend. We will miss you more than words can say.

Ephesians 4:4-6

Ephesians 4:4-6  We are all called to travel on the same road and in the same direction, so stay together, both inwardly and outwardly. We have one Master, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who rules over all, works through all, and is present in all. Everything we are and think and do is permeated with Oneness.

Mission Statement

Our Mission as an organization is to connect people who live within the geographic area of Cary & Fox River Grove, with opportunities to build relationships and serve together to help neighbors in need. When we take a few minutes to do random acts of kindness, "pay it forward" we like to say, all those involved are blessed.
