Cary Grove Neighborhood Life held their annual meeting and election of officers Tuesday evening December 8. The board presented a check for $3812 to Doc Gallis to help support the Cary Grove Food Pantry. This was a portion of the proceeds from their fundraising and membership drive throuout the year. The rest will be used in 2010 to help our neighbors in need. Doc informed us that the food pantry's expenses had increased to $4200 a month because of the increase in families participating by 27% this year. 400 adults and 450 children are being served on a regular basis. If you are interested in finding out how you can help go to their website at www.CGFoodPantry.org.

Cary Grove Neighborhood LifeEphesians 4:4-6 We are all called to travel on the same road and in the same direction, so stay together, both inwardly and outwardly. We have one Master, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who rules over all, works through all, and is present in all. Everything we are and think and do is permeated with Oneness.
