What is Cary Grove Neighborhood Life? CGNL is a faith-based 501c3 organization with participation from six local churches and several organizations with a mission to connect people who live in Cary and Fox River Grove, to build relationships by spending time together, serving together and to help neighbors or other people in need. We have organized around the grade school footprints since they provide common interest and ease of proximity. We encourage just reaching out at first. Coffee, lunch or a pot luck dinner is a great start to just connecting with the neighbor down the block, the parents of your child's classmate, the fellow parent you always see at school, etc. The next step is building a relationship. Providing serving and other meaningful opportunities to help out neighbors in need is the foundation of relationship. Genuine relationship will deepen with time and shared experience. It is a Win / Win situation when one neighbor or a group of neighbors with a common focus can help out another neighbor in need. These acts of kindness will "pay it forward" and generate blessings for many. We are committed to serve and provide opportunities for others to serve within our community. We encourage you to review the web site www.carygrove.org and other information sources to see how YOU can help people connect, help build relationships and help make a difference in a neighbor's life. Together, we can make a huge difference in the lives of our neighbors and the local community.
